Artist's Statement
Photography has been a passion of mine since High School. My first experiences were journalistic, but my love of nature drew me to the outdoors where I enjoy photographing plants and wildlife. I am currently beginning to explore a career in wedding photography, where I hope to bring a fresh approach to traditional Wedding style.
Based out of Nashville, Tennessee, I am the happily married father of 4 fur - kids! It is my hope many dollars are raised via my photos, that will benefit Rescue Pugs in need...

Susie's Note: I met John's lovely wife, Amber, thru our mutual love of pugs on PugVillage.com. I was attending a meeting in Nashville, and had contacted Amber about meeting up while I was there. She offered to pick me up at my hotel, and take me to dinner. As I was waiting for her...I was thinking, am I crazy to get into a car with a woman I have never met...but really, Pug Villagers' just "get" each other!
She took me to a lovely Southern Diner...and we had sweet tea, a first for me, and delicious fried chicken, and squash with cheese...we talked the entire time, as if we had been friends forever.
She is a talented scrapbooker...and I hope to post some of her work here in the future. I feel very lucky to 'know' Amber and John.
